Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consulting and product expertise to clients, ensuring successful implementation of our software solutions.
  • Define the solution's scope, identifying and scheduling the necessary resources for successful implementation.
  • Equip sales, account management, and support teams with the tools needed to effectively sell and support our products.
  • Create and manage documentation for clients, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of our solutions.
  • Lead implementation pilots and guide customers in visualising the final solution, ensuring a smooth transition to our software.
  • Collaborate with clients during implementation to identify and manage any required data cleansing before full launch.
  • Present a detailed project review to internal stakeholders prior to customer launch, ensuring alignment with our company's goals.
  • Provide project reporting to the PMO, ensuring timely and accurate updates on project progress.

Requirements

  • Background in Software Implementation working for a SaaS provider, with a strong understanding of our software solutions.
  • Ability to understand business and customer needs, and implement technology solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a satisfaction in developing logical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Proficient in SQL, with experience in data analysis and management.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE.
