HR Systems Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Bruin. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of HRIS implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of HR systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategies.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, collect feedback, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.
  • Document project processes, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology and systems, with experience in platforms like [specific HRIS/ATS systems relevant to your company].
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
