About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading various system implementation projects from commencement to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on various system implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting business needs.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Line manage 2 HR Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR systems meet business needs and long-term strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HRIS and data management, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • Expertise in data reporting, specifically with Power BI, and experience with dashboard building and complex data reporting/visualisation.
  • Strong experience with HCM systems, including iTrent, Cascade, Workday, and PeopleSoft.
  • Line management experience is highly desirable.
