Job Title: HR Systems Implementation Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Systems professional to join a leading international law firm in London on a 12-18 month fixed-term contract, working 4 days a week.

The successful candidate will support and lead on a large HR systems implementation project, working closely with the Senior HRIS Manager, seniors within HR, and Heads of Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a global change management strategy to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across the business.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute the change strategy.
  • Establish an HR Change network for the project and manage subsequent communications channels.
  • Execute the change management, deployment, communication, and training plans.
  • Collaborate with the implementation partner and project team to foster a 'one team' approach.
  • Conduct and document change impact assessments.
  • Design and execute the change management communication strategy.
  • Work with the project team to establish and lead business readiness activities for go-live.
  • Align business readiness activities with Technology workstream technical readiness activities.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the go-live of SuccessFactors, working with HR teams and other stakeholders.
  • Engage and manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present change plans and persuade senior stakeholders to ensure successful transfer to BAU.
  • Provide expertise in business readiness from project stage to post-implementation to operational BAU.
  • Support the upskilling of the project team and wider HR team on best practice change management methods.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and the ability to deal with design, deployment, and change management. They will have similar experience within a legal sector or professional services environment and a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and project management. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to improve internal communication lines and demonstrate a willingness to accept accountability.
