We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of our HR systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategies.

As an HRIS/LMS/ATS Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the HRIS implementation project from cradle to grave.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in HRIS implementation and roll out, as well as excellent project management skills, a passion for HR technology, and the ability to drive change across the organisation.

We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager who can develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle, including cultural change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of HR systems
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Mitigating project risks and implementing necessary adjustments
