Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Close Brothers Asset Management as an HR Project Manager. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR on key HR projects, including the implementation of a HR system and reviewing processes across the function to produce efficiencies and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage initiatives from initial requirements gathering, impact assessment and solution design, through to delivery, embedding, and benefits realization.
  • Create and provide regular reporting on progress against plans to management and steering committees.
  • Establish and facilitate appropriate and effective governance, including steering committees and working groups as required.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with delivery teams and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of change.
  • End to end management of HR system tender process and selecting a supplier to deliver all essential functionality and to integrate effectively with other systems, whilst providing a positive end user experience.
  • Collaboration with HR team and wider business to understand system requirements both from a HR user perspective but also end user perspective.
  • Lead on end to end review of key processes and workflows across the HR team, making recommendations and suggestions to drive and deliver efficiencies across the team.
  • Help develop and implement HR processes and workflows as part of operational excellence review.
  • Provide market intelligence and insight into best practice HR functions and how they operate and deliver outcomes within the regulatory constraints of a wealth management business.

Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
