Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Organizational Transformation Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive organizational change, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Lead Complex Consultations: Manage and facilitate multi-faceted consultations, including redundancy, redeployment, TUPE, and other people-related changes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide Strategic HR Guidance: Offer trusted counsel to senior stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff, on all people-related implementation items, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coach and Develop HR Team Members: Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and competencies of the broader HR team, ensuring they are equipped to support organizational change.
  • Partner with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to build credibility and influence, ensuring effective partnership and communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Organizational Change: Proven track record of implementing change programs and leading consultations, with a strong understanding of employment law and commercial acumen.
  • Highly Structured and Organized: Ability to design and implement complex plans, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and maintain a high level of resilience and drive.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, build relationships, and foster a culture of excellence.
