Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for leading HR initiatives across 350 employees, managing two People Advisors, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR initiatives across 350 employees, managing two People Advisors.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks.
  • Partner with senior management, supporting change management and regulatory transformations.
  • Oversee training programs covering employment law, compliance, and management development.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance.
