Job Title: Interim HR Transformation Specialist - VP

Michael Page Human Resources is seeking an experienced Interim HR Transformation Specialist - VP to lead significant HR change projects within the Human Resources department of a major financial institution.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global HR transformation projects, developing strategic plans for implementing change, and driving organisational effectiveness. They will collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals, analyse current HR processes and systems, and implement new HR technologies and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global HR transformation projects to drive organisational change and improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure successful project delivery
  • Analyse current HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement new HR technologies and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth communication across all levels of the organisation
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading HR transformation projects on a global basis
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes, systems, and digital solutions
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategy with business goals
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
