About the Role

A leading charity in London seeks an experienced Interim HR Director to drive strategic leadership and HR excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the HR function, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Lead a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
  • Coach and advise managers to support strategic priorities and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement organisational development initiatives, focusing on culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Embed a high-performing culture, creating an inclusive work environment that drives business success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Interim HR Director in a not-for-profit organisation.
  • Successful track record of implementing people strategies and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience leading cultural and DEI programs, driving business outcomes and organisational growth.
What We Offer

  • A competitive day rate of £90-100,000 per annum.
