Job Title: Interim HR Director

A not-for-profit charity in London is seeking an experienced Interim HR Director to lead a team in a strategic capacity. The role offers hybrid working and a start date of November.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to continue the delivery of the HR function, lead a wider HR team, and coach, advise, and guide managers to support the delivery of strategic priorities. They will also lead on the strategic side of HR with a focus on culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion, and develop and embed a high-performing culture, creating an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to continue the delivery of the HR function
  • Lead a wider HR team
  • Coach, advise, and guide managers to support the delivery of strategic priorities
  • Lead on the strategic side of HR with a focus on culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Develop and embed a high-performing culture, creating an inclusive work environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience of leading a HR team in a not-for-profit organization
  • Previous experience of implementing a people strategy and strategic initiatives
  • Experience of leading cultural and DEI programs
