Interim HR Operations Manager

A leading global not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Interim HR Operations Manager to support the development of their HR infrastructure and ensure the implementation of best practice across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and processes on a global scale

- Support the embedding of HR operational activity and lead on conversations with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) around HR best practice and ways of working

- Provide operational advice to the wider business and deliver any operational HR duties

- Work closely with the HR Director to enable better utilisation of the HR System

Requirements:

- Previous operational HR experience

- Strong initiative and ability to get stuck in

- Previous experience working in an organisation going through significant change and transformation
