Job Title: Interim HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page HR. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with client groups, focusing on complex ER casework, and leading on strategic direction.

About the Role:
  • Partner with a specific client group as a true HR Partner
  • Main responsibilities will be focusing on complex ER casework as well as restructures
  • Lead on strategic direction for your client group
  • Coach and advise managers on all people-related matters
  • Lead on any employment tribunal casework
  • Partner with your client group on an organisational change, including restructures, and TUPE
  • Design and develop OD initiatives, including engagement, well-being, and succession planning
About You:
  • An Interim HR Business Partner with previous partnering experience
  • Previous experience working in an education setting
  • Existing Enhanced DBS or on the DBS update system essential
  • Able to start immediately
