We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join our team at Hays Human Resources. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our retail stores, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.

  • Collaborate with other HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner in a retail environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store managers and employees.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
