Job Title: Interim HR Business Partner

We are partnering with a leading Lloyds Market Insurer to source an interim HR Business Partner for a 12-month period. As an experienced HRBP with insurance sector expertise, you will be responsible for supporting the UK business, working closely with business leaders on all elements of the HR lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the UK business in all aspects of HR, including talent management, well-being, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Provide professional HR advice, support, and guidance to management and employees.
  • Partner with business areas to tackle people challenges and drive business success.
  • Monitor and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's growth agenda.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience as an HR Business Partner with deep talent, well-being, and DE&I expertise.
  • Ability to influence at senior levels and work effectively within a global matrix management structure.
  • Proficient level of insurance regulatory and compliance knowledge, combining strong technical skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
