About the Role

As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that optimize performance, enhance employee engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement People Strategies: Work with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive business success.
  2. Provide Expertise and Support: Offer expertise and support in areas such as talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Have previous experience as an Interim HR Business Partner, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
