Key Responsibilities- Support on all M&A activity, including due diligence and integration, working collaboratively with the business to help achieve their strategic goals.
- Provide expert advice and contribute to HR projects that enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best practice and commercial HR solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Stay up-to-date with UK employment law and HR best practice, with a focus on FCA regulatory requirements.
