About the Role

Network HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Business Partner, you will contribute to the effectiveness of HR service delivery and be an active participant and role model within the HR Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support on all M&A activity, including due diligence and integration, working collaboratively with the business to help achieve their strategic goals.
  • Provide expert advice and contribute to HR projects that enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best practice and commercial HR solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Stay up-to-date with UK employment law and HR best practice, with a focus on FCA regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate and highly organised.
  • M&A experience – due diligence and integration.
