HR Business Partner Opportunity

Network HR is partnering with a global financial services firm to support the hire of an HR Business Partner to join their developing and high-touch team.

This opportunity will see you based in central London, reporting directly into the Group Head of Human Resources.

The ideal candidate will design and implement the international People and Culture strategy to support the evolution of the payments business.

The group business is transitioning towards an Ulrich HR Model, requiring a well-rounded generalist who can cover the full spectrum of L&D, ER, Reward Cycles, and more strategic HR interventions.

A true business partnering approach will be critical in coaching business leaders through discussions about transforming/streamlining functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Managers to drive effective performance and achieve business objectives
  • Recruitment activities, ER, change initiatives, benefits, and performance management plans
  • Confidently managing stakeholders while navigating local nuances and complexities
  • Financial Services/Regulatory experience in a small to medium-sized organization is mandatory
  • A proven track record of providing generalist HRBP support throughout a period of change or transformation is necessary
