Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join our client, a growing retail and leisure business, on an immediate start basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to a retail store population, managing a high volume of employee relations cases, and working closely with the recruitment and learning and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to a retail store population, including employee relations, recruitment, and learning and development
  • Manage a high volume of employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes
  • Collaborate with the learning and development team to design and deliver training programs
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner in a retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality HR services
