Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join our team at a growing retail and leisure business. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the retail store population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievances
  • Work closely with the recruitment and learning and development teams to ensure effective talent management
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results
  • Provide HR guidance and support to store managers and employees

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner in a retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
