Job Opportunity: Senior Consultant Public Sector

Freshminds Interim is seeking a seasoned consultant with expertise in transformation and operating model design to support two large-scale business transformation programs within local councils.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with local councils or local government, with experience in outlining business cases and designing operating models. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive conversations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support transformation teams in outlining business cases and designing operating models
  • Collaborate with existing teams to deliver business transformation programs
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to manage sensitive conversations

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience consulting from a Management Consultancy
  • Experience with operating model design
  • Ideal experience working with a local UK council or local government
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage difficult conversations
