About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end in support of our simplification strategy. This will involve acting as an interface between project teams, broader transformation, and business stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include leading medium-sized HR-related transformation projects, including HR tooling, process change, and governance. You will also be responsible for building and managing cross-functional project teams, setting up projects independently, creating detailed project plans, and identifying and managing project risks and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR transformation projects, including tooling, process change, and governance.
  • Build and manage cross-functional project teams.
  • Set up projects independently, including objective setting and governance arrangements.
  • Create detailed project plans and roadmaps.
  • Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.

Impact and Contributions
  • You will directly support our organization in delivering its post-merger simplification strategy, helping the HR function to streamline its tooling and processes.
  • You will use your skills and experience to organize a portfolio of HR projects, building the required teams and motivation to deliver them successfully.
  • You will ensure that HR projects are executed in collaboration with the broader business and in alignment with our strategic goals.
