About the Role

As a Senior HR Consultant at Michael Page HR, you will play a key role in supporting clients across the alternative asset management space. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively manage their HR function, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR and benefit administration tasks, including employee records, DBS screenings, and HR software systems.
  • Client Projects: Take ownership of specific client projects, including grievances, disciplinary issues, TUPE, and redundancy, providing expert advice and support.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct health and safety assessments onsite for new and existing clients, including documentation such as Health and Safety Manuals and Risk Assessments.
  • Training and Development: Administer training courses for clients using our learning platform, including DSE and Sexual Harassment.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance for client's workforce, overseeing performance concerns as they arise.
  • Immigration and Right to Work: Provide support with immigration and right to work procedures.
  • Employee Handbook: Maintain and update client Employee Handbooks in line with current legislation.
  • Remuneration Policies: Assist with client remuneration policies and strategies.
Requirements
  • CIPD level 5 as a minimum mandatory and not working towards it.
  • Experience in delivering HR solutions to external clients.
  • Experience in using HR cloud systems.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written and verbal advice.
