A leading data insights company in Central London is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR Manager during a period of significant change and growth. As an HR Generalist, you will provide generalist HR support to the firm (200 employees) including employee relations, day-to-day business operations, policy and process improvement, and employee engagement initiatives.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, including a bonus and benefits package, hybrid working, and the opportunity to shape the people agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including low-level disciplinary and performance management issues, flexible working requests, mental health cases, and long-term absentees.
  2. Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies and processes.
  3. Manage TUPE processes and ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  4. Collect and analyze data to identify HR trends and inform business decisions.
  5. Support the HR Manager with research projects and initiatives.
  6. Assist in the implementation of new HR information systems and applicant tracking systems.
  7. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
  8. Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve employee retention.
  10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the HR team.
Requirements
  1. CIPD level 5 qualification or working towards it.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a professional services organization or partnership.
  3. Experience in managing employee relations cases, including long-term sickness absence.
  4. Proficiency in HR information systems and applicant tracking systems.
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  6. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
