Job Summary:

Catalyst Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function with a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records through Bamboo HR, ensuring all HR data is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the HR Director with various administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, managing calendars, and organizing training sessions.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with our brand's values.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Must have experience with Bamboo HR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
