Job Summary:
Catalyst Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function with a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records through Bamboo HR, ensuring all HR data is accurate and up to date.
- Support the HR Director with various administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, managing calendars, and organizing training sessions.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and other employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with our brand's values.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Must have experience with Bamboo HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
