About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Workingmums. As an HR Generalist, you will provide generalist HR support to our organization, including employee relations, day-to-day business operations, policy and process improvement, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and best practice guidance to employees, line managers, and partners on employee relation issues, including low-level disciplinary and performance management issues, flexible working requests, mental health cases, and long-term absentees.
  • Help design and implement policies and processes to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to analyze HR trends and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with research projects and implement new HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Manage HR onboarding and exit interviews.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards this.
  • At least 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally within a professional services organization or partnership.
  • Experience in managing ER cases, including long-term sickness absence.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Excellent time management skills and advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel.
