Position Overview

The role involves delivering proficient and effective administrative assistance within the NMHT services. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Team Administrator to manage administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring seamless support to the NMHT service team.

The individual in this position will be tasked with facilitating the provision of administrative and clerical services within the NMHT. Additionally, the role includes supporting a team of professionals dedicated to providing care to individuals facing mental health challenges.

Qualifications

Essential Criteria

  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent
  • English GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent
  • Maths GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent
  • RSA II

Desirable Criteria

  • RSA Typing III

Knowledge and Experience

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in handling sensitive or distressing matters.
  • Significant secretarial experience, preferably in a medical context.
