Position Overview
This role involves providing comprehensive office and administrative support to the Therapy Hub, working under the guidance of the Senior Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring accurate information is conveyed effectively and promptly.
2. Utilize initiative to manage messages while complying with the Data Protection Act.
3. Schedule appointments for therapists and maintain accurate records of bookings in accordance with internal training.
4. Organize meetings as necessary, including the preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes, as well as coordinating venues and catering.
5. Develop and maintain efficient systems for filing, retrieving, and archiving documents and correspondence.
6. Oversee record-keeping systems within the Therapy Hub Team, including the management of patient notes.
7. Maintain the electronic patient record system, ensuring accurate input of patient contacts.
8. Assist in managing patient waiting lists by booking appointments, recording patient contacts, and supporting patient discharges on the designated database system.
9. Manage relevant databases for the Therapy Hub Team to facilitate waiting list management, including generating reports as needed.
10. Order office supplies and ensure that adequate documentation is available for clinical staff.
11. Draft and distribute correspondence on behalf of Therapy Hub Team members, including patient letters and GP progress updates.
