Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our clients, including data inputting, correspondence, and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Dealing with general correspondence, including letters, emails, and other written communication.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills are required to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of MS applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is necessary to perform administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • DBS check and three years' referencing are required for this role.
  • Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

About the Role:

This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension, paying £11.53 per hour. The role will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including data inputting, correspondence, and other ad hoc duties.
