Position: Front of House Supervisor

Reports To: General Store Manager

Position Overview

As the Front of House Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales and enhancing guest satisfaction at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the Front of House operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, taking necessary actions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products served meet the highest quality standards.
  • Team Management: Organize and supervise the Front of House team, providing training and guidance to enhance service delivery.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to motivate team members.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels and monitor consumption to ensure efficient operations.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Brand Promotion: Actively promote the German Doner Kebab brand within the community.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Store Manager to coordinate Front of House activities and achieve business objectives.
  • Shift Management: Lead team meetings to communicate goals and share important updates.
  • Operational Support: Assist in various Front of House roles as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting: Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Strong background in guest service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Basic financial management skills.
