Position: Front of House Supervisor

Reports To: General Store Manager

Position Overview

As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be the key figure in maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your leadership will drive the team's performance, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the Front of House operations to ensure compliance with company standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that the highest quality of food and service is consistently delivered.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels and monitor usage to optimize inventory.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Brand Promotion: Actively promote the German Doner Kebab brand through excellent service and community engagement.
  • Shift Management: Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring all staff are well-prepared and informed.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of operations.

Business Relationships:

  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve operational goals.
  • Engage with guests and delivery personnel to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:
