Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Front Marketing Recruitment. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular client service reviews to ensure high service levels are maintained.
  • Address client complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage pre-move-in and pre-move-out meetings with clients, handling associated tasks and inventories.
  • Assess available resources to ensure operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct audits for Health and Safety, Fire, and other Risk Assessments.
  • Review and enhance all internal operational processes.
  • Continually evaluate operations and recommend improvements.
  • Attend regular operational meetings with staff across the portfolio.
  • Report directly to the Operations Director on performance and operational matters.
  • Attend viewings from an operational perspective.
  • Ensure your Assistant Manager is fulfilling their roles and responsibilities effectively.
  • Take responsibility for revenue and budgeting.
  • Oversee and manage pre-billing checks, dilapidations, and deposit returns.
  • Manage billing, debt chasing, and other financial matters with clients.
  • Oversee basic HR functions for site staff, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and probation reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
