Front of House Manager Role

We're seeking a seasoned Front of House Manager to lead our team of HouseJacks, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, members, and guests. As a creative and entrepreneurial individual, you'll drive front of house operations with a focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front of house team, ensuring impeccable service and a memorable guest journey
  • Collaborate with all departments to deliver a seamless service experience
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies and synergies across the house
  • Manage front of house operations, including guest services, reception, and amenities
Requirements
  • Previous management and leadership experience in a guest-facing hospitality environment
  • Positive and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible with a flair for intuitive service
  • Entrepreneurial, thinking outside the box and driving change
  • Comfortable with smart devices and computer system technology
  • Sustainably aware
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • The right to work in the UK
