Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team of HouseJacks (Guest Services Assistants) in delivering impeccable experiences across front of house areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in front of house or reception operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front of house team and be an ambassador for the department
  • Collaborate with all departments to deliver a memorable service experience
  • Develop and implement effective front of house operations, focusing on sustainability and cutting-edge technology
  • Manage and maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop a successful team of HouseJacks
Requirements
  • Previous management and leadership experience in a guest/customer-facing hospitality environment
  • Positive and engaging with good interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible with a flair for intuitive service
  • Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box, and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the house
  • Comfortable with smart devices and computer system technology
  • Sustainably aware
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written (second language preferred but not essential)
  • The right to work in the UK
