Front of House Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional experiences for our residents and guests.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in front of house operations, with a passion for delivering impeccable service and a flair for entrepreneurial thinking.

Key responsibilities will include leading the team, managing front of house operations, and working closely with other departments to deliver a memorable service experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous management and leadership experience in a guest-facing hospitality environment
  • Positive and engaging with good interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible with a flair for intuitive service
  • Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the house
  • Comfortable with smart devices and computer system technology
  • Sustainably aware
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written (second language preferred but not essential)
  • The right to work in the UK
