Front of House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team of HouseJacks and deliver exceptional experiences for our residents, members, and guests.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in front of house operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering personalized hospitality experiences.

As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team, working collaboratively with other departments, and ensuring that our guests receive a memorable service experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front of house team and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a memorable guest experience
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies and synergies across the house
  • Recruit, train, and develop a successful team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and risk assessments
