Front of House Operations Manager

About the Role
The Other House is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team of HouseJacks (Guest Services Assistants) in delivering exceptional experiences across front of house areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and entrepreneurial individual who can drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the house.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team and be an ambassador for front of house, working in collaboration with all departments to deliver a memorable service experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front of house operations, focusing on sustainability and cutting-edge technology.
- Manage the front of house team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous management and leadership experience in a guest/customer-facing hospitality environment.
- Positive and engaging with good interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
- Flexible with a flair for intuitive service.
- Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box, and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the house.
- Comfortable with smart devices and computer system technology.
- Sustainably aware.
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written (second language preferred but not essential).
- The right to work in the UK.
