Front of House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team of HouseJacks (Guest Services Assistants) and deliver impeccable experiences across front of house areas, serving a mix of residents, members, and guests.

About the Role:

  • Lead the front of house team and be an ambassador for the department
  • Work in collaboration with all departments to deliver a memorable service experience
  • Report to the General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front of house team, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of service, quality, and safety

Requirements:

  • Previous management and leadership experience in a guest/customer-facing hospitality environment
  • Positive and engaging with good interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible with a flair for intuitive service
  • Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box, and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the house
  • Comfortable with smart devices and computer system technology
  • Sustainably aware
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written (second language preferred but not essential)
  • The right to work in the UK
