Front of House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at The Other House.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Front of House team to provide impeccable service and create memorable experiences for our residents, members, and guests.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive efficiency and excellence in front of house operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and risk assessment procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous management and leadership experience in a guest-facing hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a flair for intuitive service and a willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for driving change and improving operational efficiencies.
  • Comfortable with smart devices and computer system technology.
  • Sustainably aware and committed to delivering environmentally responsible practices.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
