Front of House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel. As a key member of our Front of House Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Front of House Department, including supervising staff and coordinating daily operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Manage budgets and KPIs to ensure efficient operation of the Front of House Department
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Front of House or guest services role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, and revenue management
