Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team of HouseJacks and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our front of house areas. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving service standards, and promoting a culture of sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front of house team and be an ambassador for our brand
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service experiences
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and risk assessment procedures
Requirements
  • Previous management experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commercial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Good understanding of health and safety, food safety, and risk assessment procedures
