Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team of HouseJacks and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our front of house areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front of house team and ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and memorable experience for our residents and guests
  • Manage and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Previous management experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
