Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Front Marketing Recruitment. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational efficiency in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience Management: Conduct regular client service reviews to ensure high service levels are maintained. Address client complaints promptly and manage pre-move-in and pre-move-out meetings with clients, handling associated tasks and inventories.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assess available resources to ensure operational efficiencies. Conduct audits for Health and Safety, Fire, and other Risk Assessments. Review and enhance all internal operational processes. Continually evaluate operations and recommend improvements.
  • Communication and Reporting: Attend regular operational meetings with staff across the portfolio. Report directly to the Operations Director on performance and operational matters. Attend viewings from an operational perspective.
  • Team Management: Ensure your Assistant Manager is fulfilling their roles and responsibilities effectively.
  • Financial Management: Take responsibility for revenue and budgeting. Oversee and manage pre-billing checks, dilapidations, and deposit returns. Manage billing, debt chasing, and other financial matters with clients.
  • Human Resources: Oversee basic HR functions for site staff, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and probation reviews.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality, business, or a related field.
