Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team of HouseJacks and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our front of house areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in front of house operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainability and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front of house team and be an ambassador for the department
  • Collaborate with all departments to deliver a memorable service experience
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies and synergies across the house
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Manage the front of house budget and resources effectively
  • Recruit, train, and develop a successful team

Requirements:

  • Previous management and leadership experience in a guest-facing hospitality environment
  • Positive and engaging with good interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible with a flair for intuitive service
  • Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box, and able to drive change
  • Comfortable with smart devices and computer system technology
  • Sustainably aware
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written (second language preferred but not essential)
  • The right to work in the UK
