Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience Oversight: Conduct regular evaluations of client service to uphold exceptional standards. Address any client concerns swiftly. Manage all pre-move-in and pre-move-out engagements with clients, including necessary tasks and inventory management.

Operational Excellence: Analyze available resources to optimize operational performance. Perform audits for Health and Safety, Fire, and other Risk Assessments. Review and refine internal operational procedures continuously. Assess operations regularly and propose enhancements.

Communication and Reporting: Participate in routine operational meetings with staff across the organization. Provide direct reports to the Operations Director regarding performance and operational issues. Attend property viewings from an operational standpoint.

Team Leadership: Ensure the Assistant Manager effectively fulfills their responsibilities.

Financial Oversight: Manage revenue and budgeting responsibilities. Oversee pre-billing checks, property condition assessments, and deposit returns. Handle billing, debt collection, and other financial interactions with clients.

Human Resources Management: Supervise essential HR functions for site personnel, including disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and probation assessments.
