About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our All Age Continuing Care team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB (104). As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide business support to the team and ensure the efficient operation of our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the All Age Continuing Care Lead Administrator and Business Manager.
  • Ensure the completion of activities to ensure that the NHS All Age Continuing Care processes run efficiently and within mandated timescales.
  • Complete administration functions for invoice queries and reimbursement claims for AACC.
  • Liaise with Operational Teams to resolve queries.
  • Deliver work in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to National Framework timescales.
  • Support the team with the management of projects, gathering information, and undertaking enquires as necessary.

Requirements

  • GCSE/O level grade C in English or equivalent.
  • NVQ 2 level in Business Administration/Management or relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
  • Significant administrative experience, including maintaining office systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Experience of taking detailed and complex minutes.
  • Experience of the application of the Confidentiality and Data Protection Act.
  • Demonstrable supervisory experience of a small team.
