Adecco is seeking a talented Export Finance Administrator & Office Support to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the export industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and processing export finance documentation, including letters of credit, bills of exchange, and insurance policies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all export transactions are executed smoothly and efficiently
  • Monitoring and tracking export shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy
  • Assisting with general office support tasks, such as coordinating meetings and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing reports and presentations to support senior management in making informed business decisions
  • Staying up-to-date with export regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence at all times
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in export finance administration or a similar role within the export industry
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong knowledge of export finance documentation and processes
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • SAP experience
  • Experience with creating commercial invoices, picking/packing lists, and reconciling invoices and payments
  • Financial/accounting experience to some level
  • Ideally, experience with export and import paperwork, including excisable goods
