Job Description

Adecco is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team as an Export Finance Administrator & Office Support. This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process export finance documentation, including letters of credit, bills of exchange, and insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all export transactions are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and track export shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
  • Assist with general office support tasks, such as coordinating meetings and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support senior management in making informed business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with export regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in export finance administration or a similar role within the export industry would be beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of export finance documentation and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • SAP experience.
  • Experience with creating commercial invoices, picking/packing lists, and reconciling invoices and payments.
  • Financial/accounting experience to some level.
  • Ideally, you will have experience with export and import paperwork, including excisable goods.
