**About Our Client**:
Our client is an independent charity and the only membership organisation dedicated to protecting and enhancing Cumbria's landscapes. We believe that the Lake District offers some of the most spectacular and precious landscapes in England. They take action to protect and conserve the natural beauty of these landscapes for the benefit of visitors, local communities, wildlife and habitats
This role will provide a comprehensive administration function for all aspect of the organisation. You will have an eye for detail and working alongside two other part-time office administrators you will form a team to help us further develop our systems and procedures in order to make us more efficient and effective in our support for the wider organisation. It's really important that you are a collaborator, someone who likes working with others because we will need to you to liaise with colleagues from across the organisation to ensure our central resource function is fit for purpose and can flex with the future needs of the organisation.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Significant experience of office administration.
- Minute taking and diary management experience.
- Strong IT skills including being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience of data entry.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a solution focused approach.
- Have excellent relationship building skills across staff, members, partners and stakeholders.
- Be self-motivated and proactive in your approach.
- Have experience of working with a customer relationship management system or an equivalent database.
