Export Finance Administrator

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in export finance administration or a similar role within the export industry would be beneficial

- Strong knowledge of export finance documentation and processes
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- SAP experience
- Experience with creating commercial invoices (they use Just-trade),
- Picking/packing lists and reconciling invoices and payments.
- Financial/accounting experience to some level.
- Ideally you will have experience with export and import paperwork. Having had experience with excisable goods would be a definite advantage.
